![]() ![]() If a customer decides not to have their order redelivered, or we do not receive any notice within 7 days of the order being returned to us, it will be forfeited and deemed abandoned. In such an event, the customer will be responsible to cover the costs of the return shipping fee we incur, as well as an additional shipping fee relative to the original shipping method (for free delivery, standard shipping fee applies) to resend the order. A request maybe made for an order to be redelivered to a new address. ![]() The customer is responsible to provide us with written notice that their order was not received. ![]() If an order is returned to us for reasons such as attempted delivery, incorrect address, receiver not recognised at the address, or denying any customs fees that may be applicable, we may hold on to the order for up to 7 days. ![]()
